Service disclaimer.

The one-sentence version: SalesMeetAI is a software tool, not an immigration consultant. All regulated immigration advice on your firm's WhatsApp number is provided by your licensed RCIC, not by the AI.
What SalesMeetAI is
SalesMeetAI is a communication automation tool. It uses an AI language model to acknowledge incoming WhatsApp inquiries, ask qualification questions, share publicly available information about your firm's services, and book consultations on your calendar. That is the entire scope.
What SalesMeetAI is not
SalesMeetAI is not, and does not claim to be:
- A licensed immigration consultant or law firm.
- A substitute for advice from a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or an immigration lawyer.
- A source of legal opinions on eligibility, CRS scoring, IRCC policy, or the merits of any specific application.
- A regulated advisor under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act.
How the assistant is configured
Every SalesMeetAI assistant is built with explicit guardrails:
- It introduces itself as "the assistant from [your firm name]." It does not pretend to be human.
- It does not give immigration advice, score CRS profiles, opine on eligibility, or make any representation about the success of an application.
- Any question that goes beyond intake or scheduling is escalated to a human consultant.
- Every conversation is logged so the RCIC can review what was said.
For end users (clients and prospects)
If you are a prospect chatting with an RCIC's WhatsApp through this system: any answer you receive about Canadian immigration policy, your specific eligibility, processing times, or the success of an application is general information only. For advice specific to your case, you must speak to the licensed RCIC at the firm, whose name appears on this firm's CICC public registry listing.
No solicitor-client relationship
Sending a WhatsApp message to an RCIC firm via SalesMeetAI does not create an RCIC-client relationship. A formal engagement begins only after you have consulted directly with the RCIC and signed a retainer agreement.
Accuracy of AI responses
AI language models can make mistakes. Even when fed accurate firm information, an assistant may occasionally produce an answer that is incomplete or imprecise. Anything time-sensitive, eligibility-dependent, or legally consequential must be verified with the licensed RCIC before acting on it.
External links and integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, CRMs). We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those services. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Forward-looking statements
Anywhere on this site we cite numbers like "21x higher conversion" or "60% of inquiries missed," those figures are industry benchmarks, not specific guarantees of what your firm will achieve. Your actual results depend on your service mix, lead quality, market, pricing, and how well your assistant is configured. We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
