Service guarantees & refund policy.

This page documents the four commitments SalesMeetAI makes to every RCIC client. Plain English. No fine print designed to wriggle out of anything. If something here ever conflicts with what I told you on a call, the more generous version applies.

1. 7 day money back guarantee

If your AI WhatsApp assistant doesn't work for your firm in the first 7 days after it goes live, you get a full refund. No questions, no clawbacks, no paperwork.

When the clock starts

The 7 days start the day your assistant is live on your WhatsApp number and answering real client inquiries. Not the day you signed up. Not the day you paid. Go-live is when the clock starts.

How to claim

Email zeeshan@salesmeetai.ca from your firm email within 7 days of go-live and say "I want a refund." You do not have to give a reason. You do not have to negotiate.

What gets refunded

Every dollar you paid for setup and the first month of service, to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days of your refund request.

Exclusions

If you've already used the system to book and complete more than 25 client consultations within those 7 days, the refund is reduced by the value of those consultations. (Translation: you can't pocket 30 new clients in a week and then ask for your money back.) For 99% of firms this never matters.

2. Live in 96 hours

From the moment you complete onboarding (fill the intake form, hand over WhatsApp Business credentials, confirm your scripts), your assistant goes live within 96 business hours. That's 4 working days.

What "live" means

Your assistant is answering real WhatsApp messages on your business number, qualifying leads, and booking consultations on your Google Calendar.

If we're late

For every business day past 96 hours that we miss, your first month is discounted by 25%. After 4 business days late, the first month is free.

If you're late

If you take longer than 24 hours to respond to a question we need answered to proceed, the 96 hour clock pauses while we wait. We'll always tell you when it pauses and when it resumes.

Exceptions

Complex integrations (custom CRMs, multi-language scripts across 4+ languages, non-standard payment flows) are scoped before kickoff. If a project needs more than 96 hours, we tell you the actual timeline before you sign, in writing. The 96 hour guarantee then doesn't apply to that project.

3. 14 days of free optimization

For 14 days after go-live, any reasonable adjustment to your assistant is included at no cost.

What's included

  • Script rewrites, tone tweaks, vocabulary changes
  • Adding or removing service pathways (e.g. adding Caregiver after launch)
  • Updating FAQ answers and qualification questions
  • Adjusting working hours, time zones, calendar buffers
  • Adding languages already supported by the underlying model

What's not included

Net-new integrations (a new CRM, SMS provider, payment gateway), custom feature builds, or rebuilds of the assistant from scratch. Those are scoped separately. We'll tell you the cost before doing the work.

How to request

Email or WhatsApp zeeshan@salesmeetai.ca with what you want changed. Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.

4. Cancel anytime

SalesMeetAI is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time, for any reason.

How to cancel

Email zeeshan@salesmeetai.ca with "cancel" in the subject line. We confirm within 1 business day.

What happens next

Your assistant continues to run until the end of your current billing month, so you never lose service mid-cycle. No final-month invoice. No exit fee. No "we'll keep charging you until we hear back from a manager."

Your data

You keep all of it. Your Google Sheet, transcripts, lead history — all of it lives in your accounts, not ours. When you cancel we offer a free export of any logs or scripts that live in our systems within 30 days of cancellation. After 90 days, anything still on our servers is permanently deleted unless you ask us to keep it.

The point of all of this: if the system doesn't work for you, you walk away whole. The risk is mine, not yours. That's the entire offer.
