Terms of service.

By signing up for SalesMeetAI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. Where something here conflicts with a specific written agreement we signed with you, the signed agreement wins.

1. Who can sign up

SalesMeetAI is offered to Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and their firms. You must be:

• A licensed RCIC in good standing with the CICC, or an authorized representative of a firm employing one.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to commit your firm to a service agreement.

2. The service

SalesMeetAI provides an AI WhatsApp assistant configured for your firm. It replies to incoming WhatsApp messages, qualifies leads, books consultations on your calendar, and logs conversations to your Google Sheet or CRM.

3. Setup and onboarding

You agree to provide, in a timely manner, everything we need to configure your assistant: WhatsApp Business credentials, service descriptions, FAQ content, calendar access, and any integration credentials. Our 96 hour go-live guarantee assumes timely cooperation; it pauses if we're waiting on you.

4. Subscription, billing, cancellation

• SalesMeetAI is a monthly subscription, billed in advance.
• The first month is billed at signup, before go-live.
• Subsequent months bill on the same day each month.
• You can cancel anytime by emailing zeeshan@salesmeetai.ca. Service runs until the end of your current month. No exit fees.
• Refunds are covered by our 7 day money back guarantee.
• Payment is by credit card via Stripe. We may suspend service for failed payments after a 7 day grace period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SalesMeetAI to:

• Mislead clients about whether they are talking to a human (the assistant always introduces itself as an assistant).
• Provide regulated immigration advice that under CICC rules must come from a licensed consultant.
• Send spam, phishing, or content that violates WhatsApp Business policies.
• Discriminate against protected classes in your qualification flows.

If you breach these, we may suspend service with reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Your responsibilities as the RCIC

• You own the regulated work. Maya qualifies and books. You give immigration advice.
• You own your client data. It's in your Google Sheet, your CRM, your WhatsApp number.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with CICC rules, PIPEDA, Law 25, and any other regulation that applies to your firm.
• You will publish your own privacy policy covering your prospects.

7. Intellectual property

What's yours: your firm's content, scripts, brand, client data, transcripts. We do not claim any rights to these and we will not use them to train models or improve the product unless you separately opt in in writing.

What's ours: the SalesMeetAI platform, the underlying integrations and code, the brand. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while your subscription is active.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your firm, clients, or business that is not publicly available is confidential and will be used only to operate the Service.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, never miss a message, or perfectly qualify every lead. AI systems make mistakes; the Service is designed so that any genuinely sensitive case is escalated to you, the human RCIC.

Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. None of this limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any third party claim arising from your use of the Service in a way that breaches these terms, including any regulatory complaint that arises from immigration advice given by your firm (we don't give it; you do).

11. Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, active subscribers get an email notice at least 30 days before the change. Continued use after the change means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
